Requesting a quote by email

The enquiry buttons open a draft in your own email app. Review and send the message there; clicking a button does not submit an enquiry to us. You can also copy our email address and write directly.

When you send an enquiry, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond, clarify your wishes and prepare a quote. Email providers process messages to deliver the service, and processing may take place in multiple countries. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order. Please start with a description; we will agree how to share photographs before you send your family archive.

To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, use the business email listed in our contact section. We will confirm what can be removed and any applicable record-retention requirements.

Your materials in the private brief studio

The site uses your signed-in account to associate your saved brief and photographs with you. The brief may include names, dates, your delivery email, family stories, preferences, captions and file names. Selecting photographs in step 3 uploads them immediately; “Save draft” saves the brief separately. This is online storage, not storage only on your device.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare storage. These infrastructure providers process data to operate the service, and processing may take place in multiple countries. Account and service administrators may have access for operation and support. Account-scoped file access does not mean that no administrator can access a file.

The private brief studio has no automatic film-generation or payment integration. Saving or uploading does not send your materials to an AI production tool, place an order or authorise marketing. Before paid production, the proposed tools, processing locations, material uses and retention arrangements must be explained and agreed for your project.

Please keep your originals. After the studio marks your finished film as delivered, uploaded photographs and the saved brief are scheduled for deletion after 14 days. The collection becomes read-only upon delivery and client access expires at the deadline. The cleanup task checks for expired collections daily, so physical removal may occur at the next successful check. During production and for unfinished drafts, this countdown has not started; the studio can delete materials earlier. The “Delete” control permanently removes an individual photograph from the site’s active storage and saved brief. Deletion does not erase copies already downloaded, separately held production files, provider backups or records that must be retained separately. To request access, correction or deletion, email us with your account email; do not attach your whole archive. We will confirm what can be removed and any applicable record-retention or backup limits.

Permission to use photographs and recordings

Share only material you are authorised to provide. Possessing an album or being a relative does not by itself establish ownership of every photograph, recording or music track. Appropriate permissions may be needed from copyright owners, living people and a parent or guardian for children. If authority is unclear or disputed, identify the affected material so its use can be paused.

Your originals remain the property of their rights holders. Production permissions are limited to the agreed project. Use of family materials or completed films in demonstrations, a website, social media or advertising requires a separate, specific release. Refusing marketing permission does not change the service you purchase.

Restoration and AI-assisted interpretation

You may choose restored photographs and ordinary camera movement without AI movement of the people shown. AI-generated movement is a creative interpretation of a still image, not authentic recovered footage, proof of past events or a message from the person remembered.

Faces, movement and fine details can be imperfect. We aim to preserve recognisable likeness and use a still-image alternative where an animation is unsuitable. Colourisation, imagined or spiritual scenes and other significant transformations must be specifically agreed. Voice cloning and invented speech presented as authentic are not offered in this preview.

Custom lyrics and music are a creative tribute. They must not be presented as the subject’s own words unless taken from an authorised original recording or text. Music and other third-party material require rights appropriate to the agreed screening and distribution.

Service information and scope

The two showcased films demonstrate the Bespoke Legacy level, our most extensive service level. They are examples of creative scope, not a promise that every package includes the same duration, animation, music or restoration. Results depend on the supplied archive.

A written quote must specify price, taxes, running time, source-material allowance, restoration, permitted AI treatments, music, resolution, delivery date and revision terms. 2K or 4K describes the output file; it does not guarantee recovery of missing source detail. On-site selection, collection, travel and scanning are separately scoped and priced.

This website does not accept orders or payments. Quotes and bookings are arranged directly by email. A saved brief or readiness check is not a signed production agreement. Before payment, you will receive the applicable agreement covering booking, cancellation, corrections, delivery and permitted use. Statutory rights are not waived by this page or a preview checkbox.

Watching the demonstration films

YouTube players connect only after you select “Load film”. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain, but loading or playing a film still sends technical information to Google and can involve browser storage. Direct “Watch on YouTube” links open YouTube under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not describe these players as anonymous or entirely tracking-free.

Website background music pauses when you load a demonstration. You can enable it again using the music control. These linked demonstrations remain subject to their existing YouTube visibility settings; access settings on this website do not change the visibility of the videos on YouTube.
